The room was spacious. Pool is sufficient. Staff is friendly and helpful. The noise was incredible. Like a playing ground of 5 years old children yelling. It works as a conference hall probably as well and that meant that at 06:00 am it was impossible to sleep. Besides, it is located next to La Troja, local bar kind, and you can’t sleep before 03:00am. Lastly, there is no window to open. No fresh air. Breakfast genuine and decent. Safeguarded 24/7.

We got into town after a massive flight delay, arriving at 07:00 when we should have been there at midnight. We got our breakfast and went to sleep. Love the fact they have a 1 pm checkout. And the guidance provided for a great, affordable shuttle to Santa Marta was excellent. Very affordable. Recommended.

Great experience, staff was very friendly and helpful. Willing to help you , the rooms are cozy. Restaurants and pool ,wifi connections is very good. And close ro the outlet, malls and there's a party haul right down the street(2mins walk). Plus the food is great

Overall a really nice hotel at a reasonable price, the only issue I encountered was that the music from the event room was loud and did not stop untill 11 PM. The pool, parking facilities and restaurant were great.

Overall a whatever hotel, staff were ok, food was ok, rooms were hit or miss.
